byakko likes to decide a limit to how much time per hour of work she is allowed to not work and keeps a timer that measures time spent working and not working

 

so like 15 minutes of not working for every hour of working, can be spent however she wants. could be 15 all at once or just a few minutes here and there throughout the hour of work that adds up to 15 at the end. things like that. once 15 minutes of not work appears on the timer, must work non stop until hour is completed and then it resets

That's a pretty good idea. I probably should do that.
