they weren't being sarcastic, i think it was a compliment because last session it was much worse and i had cleaned a lot of it when i got the portable washer, but it is not good enough to be considered tip top shape lol

 

and oh hope it helps if you do use that idea nightfall. it helps us a lot more than saying "you have to take a break after 45 minutes of work and it has to be a 15 minute long break". it gives enough flexibility to not have such a ridgid schedule snap in half and not be followed, but still something to keep accountable with. byakko came up with it herself, i'm surprised i haven't heard it be described in some adhd tip video or something as it seems like a good idea for an adhd person maybe

 

unsure what to think about therapist. they are nice. it was an ok session. i think they claimed things i told them last time was me telling them for the first time though (unless i really didn't somehow but pretty sure i did). they said they have an idea for next time we meet though and will meet wednesday, so that's interesting. i have never had a therapist say they have an idea for a future session before

 

also i talk to them quite a lot despite saying how much i am socially anxious. idk if i am healing more than i think or if they are easier to talk to. i think it is just i am very used to talking to therapists in general so this is like the trillionth time i had to reupdate a new therapist on where i am at in therapy or what i work on, so it feels kind of rehearsed now. also i am mad i have to start over again so feel like rushing it instead of waiting to be asked things, but it makes me come off as more talkative than i really am

 

could also be new medicine. maybe it helps with social anxiety more than i think. i should consider messaging art senpai again and see what my brain does because usually it nopes big time
