i had an interesting experience while cleaning

 

while cleaning, i thought of another thing that needed cleaning, and the brain's reaction was to be like "ugh nah can do that some other time" so it felt yucky, but i was like "no i shouldn't be lazy, i'll do it" and i would have thought the yucky not want to do it feeling would remain until task was completed, but no. that feeling of the task being yucky to do went away as soon as i decided i was going to do it. it made me wonder, is that what it feels for the amcc to do its thing? and does that mean the amcc grew bigger the moment i decided i was going to do it, even if i were to never actually do the thing? i feel there would be other consequences to going back on it, but just theoretically. i thought it was interesting

 

i don't know what would have happened if someone else was switched in. tb has more trouble getting whatever that was to occur. i hope it helps them in the future when they're switched in, though i guess that is like one rep lol, but it is fun to see it in action consciously
