Guest January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 WBTB only works after 1-2 hours of being awake. We try to eat something in the middle of the night so the brain thinks it's time to wake up.

I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points. I think being happy and having fun makes life worth living, so spreading happiness is my number one goal! Ranger January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 (edited) Someone should make a toungue twister about a ponyta with Pyonta. WBTB? I don't remember that one Edit: oh, I see. That's not a method we should use, our insomnia usually causes us to wake up and Cat can't go back to sleep. Falling asleep again is really hard to do, and Cat sometimes only gets tired when the sun rises. Edited January 20, 2020 by Ranger I'm Ranger, GrayTheCat's cobud (tulpa), and I love hippos! I also like cake and chatting about stuff. I go by Rosalin or Ronan sometimes. You can call me Roz but please don't call me Ron. My other headmates have their own account now. Guest January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 https://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/wake-back-to-bed.html The one about waking up in the middle of the night and doing something for a while to wake up yourself mentally. I'd have sworn you guys talked about trying it once.
GrayTheCat January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 I end up with more vivid dreams after sleeping in once it's morning, but I don't try to wake up deliberately. When I do wake up, sometimes I try thinking about LDing, but I haven't in a long time because thinking about LDing makes me more awake. I also remember one of us talking about trying FILD once. Meow. You may see my headmates call me Gray or sometimes Cat. I used to speak in pink and Ranger used to speak in blue (if it's unmarked and colored assume it's Ranger). She loves to chat. Guest January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 (edited) This one on Reddit gave us really good results, it's really simple Yeah I remember talking about FILD with you. Edit: eh why Edited January 20, 2020 by Guest
Luminesce January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 I dunno if that exact technique would help us, but the basis behind it is just pre-programming a dream by visualizing it as you fall asleep, which could always work. You want the thing you're imagining to remind you to become lucid if you end up dreaming of it, so I would presumably imagine my tulpas or our wonderland (which was actually made for this exact purpose) I'm just really lazy and have trouble committing to actually doing anything past day 1 or so Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.
Felicity Ravenlocke January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 Yeah, we've tried a lot of different things, and lucid dreaming is just hard. Being awake for an hour or two in the night improves our recall (actually, we did that just today), but we've only had like two thirty-second lucid dreams in our life, and we haven't been able to replicate either of the things that worked Oh, and I know we've moved on from that, but isn't Breloomancer's motto "Ich sehe"? Breloomancer January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 maybe orange juice makes it more difficult I have a tulpa named Miela who I love very much. GrayTheCat January 20, 2020 Share January 20, 2020 I don't know if sugar content controls lucid dreaming ability, but it would make it harder to sleep Meow.
