Except when you can make it feel like real life, then it's fun.

Apparently our ability to visualize realistic faces is in decline and often need a reminder of what we look like for us to be able to visualize ourselves.

I think that the reason why most people find wonderlands boring is because they don't have any limitations on what they can do, so nothing has any meaning. it's like when you play a videogame with all the cheats on; sure it's fun for a bit, but it gets old really fast. when it takes time and effort to do stuff, on the other hand, then it is much more rewarding and fun

if you have frequent enough lucid dreams, and you have perfect dream control and don't impose any limitations, it doesn't become as fun in my experience

So you have perfect dream control in frequent lucid dreams?

I have no idea what exactly it is that makes some people not care about lucid dreams, especially if they have a level of dream control and duration to the dreams. Just awfully boring people, that's how I look at it.

This is how I see those people. They do this and then they go "Lucid dreams are pretty boring in my experience"

Hey, it's totally fine to dislike that lucid dreams aren't real life. I fully get that, but I think people overuse that mentality for the entire experience of lucid dreaming. There are plenty of experiences that are valuable, "real" or not. If you enjoyed the experience itself, who cares if it actually happened or not later? I know that if you feel that way it cuts down your options by a lot, but cutting infinity in half doesn't actually hurt your choices that much
