can't stop thinking about miri? then replace those miri thoughts with akai thoughts, or mirichu thoughts, or random voice thoughts.

It's not me thinking about Miri, it's her automatically reacting to everything I do. 'Oh wow, that looks good' 'Aha, I think so too' oof. Like narrating everything. I've already tried narrating myself and it works until I stop.

that's what i mean! i call them the same thing though tbh, because they feel the same to me after so long...

but it worked! y'know how i talk about how with switching, you have to teach your brain to view the autopilot as part of you, too? well, i think the same could apply here with thinking that external voice is just part of you by default instead of miri, and so it becomes you.

Problem is, it's clearly Miri's voice, not just the sound on itself, you simply know which headmate it belongs too even if it sounds completely different. I could try to see it as mine but it won't fix the root of the problem, Miri would keep reacting and I would just put a Mirichu label on them as soon as they appear.
