even if it speeds up creation time by a whole bunch, I doubt that sensory deprivation assisted tulpa creation will even be very common because it is much easier to force in your own home or just while walking around

I have a tulpa named Miela who I love very much.

I agree, it would probably be more of a luxury thing more than anything.

I'm Ranger, GrayTheCat's cobud (tulpa), and I love hippos! I also like cake and chatting about stuff. I go by Rosalin or Ronan sometimes. You can call me Roz but please don't call me Ron.

My other headmates have their own account now.

I don't know that tulpa would ever be that mainstream. It would be an interesting world if they did though

I accidentally pressed select all and deleted everything I was writing.

If you do that, in most instances you can use CTRL+Z to get it back.

Edit: It doesn't cost too, too much for a couple hours in a float tank. Less than 100 dollars unless it's part of some sort of package where they're going to pamper you too. The closest one to me is in Champaign iirc. I kinda want to do it when I turn 18. I'm not going to, but if I were a tulpamancer thinking about adding a tulpa to my system, it would be sooo cool to do the first forcing session in a float tank. I can totally see having boosted development or strong hallucinations that lead to boosted development.

Or maybe it'd be too uncontrollable.

Like some hippie water birth but for tulpas......

tulpamancy will probably never be mainstream, or at least I hope not. I still think that it is possible that sensory deprivation assisted creation becomes a fad

I'm going to fuel that fad as quick as I can get in a float tank.

Tulpamancers should utilize Ganzfield more. In just three days of attempts I had some of the most vivid hallucinations of my life, and they were controllable, good, quality stuff. Just another form of the prisoner's cinema.

ganzfeld effect is very good. I don't use it anymore for obvious reasons, but it is still pretty cool. I definitely want to try out tulpamancy stuff in a sens dep tank at some point. I don't know if there is anywhere I can go to do that in town, but there probably is

1. pick a room that you want to be in for a while

2. stop all light from getting to that room. cover up the windows, turn off all the lights, cover the bottom of the door

3. go in that room

4. wait

or for auditory

1. go somewhere quiet

2. put on headphones with colored sound of your choice

3. wait
