imahaxor April 21, 2015 Share April 21, 2015 http://a.pomf.se/nmpinm.png[/img] Openbox is pretty great for a minimal Debian install, and there's a lot less overhead if you decide to ditch your DE as well. sushi April 21, 2015 Share April 21, 2015 Nice wallpaper. And yeah, I like Openbox. Not as much as Ratpoison, but as far as non-tiling WMs go.... Good to see other people on Linux. sushi April 21, 2015 Share April 21, 2015 This community just seems to attract all the oddballs at disproportionate rates. It's kinda nice, if you ask me. "Some things have to be believed to be seen." - Ralph Hodgson
Sock August 31, 2015 Share August 31, 2015 Yah, what's with that? There is definitely more linux users in the tulpamancy community then there is in the general public. Add one more to that list. I only began using Ubuntu about a month ago, and I'm already digging it a lot. I'll probably switch later on when I feel more comfortable with how Linux works, I'm leaning toward LinuxMint, Trisquel, or maybe Debian assuming I feel confident for it. Anywho, here's my desktop. Fortunately for me, most of the programs I used on Windows7 were FOSS stuff already, with a few exceptions, so I did not have much issue with transferring. I'm still stretching my legs in the system, and I'm still making baby steps in the Terminal. I haven't used Windows much since installing Ubuntu, so I guess that's a sign that it hits a good spot for me. Peace. Sock Cottonwell's Sketchbook, Journal, and Ask thread. Luminesce September 2, 2015 Share September 2, 2015 http://i.imgur.com/he1jPNI.jpg This is my primary desktop now, because it's cool and stranger-friendly. Though I'll switch back to tuppers if I find any more qualitative backgrounds, have not recently. Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.
