SakuraSky June 25, 2014 Share June 25, 2014 So I'm always seeing mention of Orange Juice and that it's the best solution for helping and preventing concentration / forcing headaches. Is there a reason why? Is it the sugar? The vitamin C? The acidity? If anyone knows I'd be pretty grateful! OJ has too much sugar for me, but I'd like to find an alternative. Thanks!
