cant see the face of the tulpa

Recommended Posts

Hello, I am trying to create Tulpa.

I talk to her almost a week but I can not see her face ... I just can not concentrate on them ... My Tulp is a white Tigger, I can imagine her sitting and I can also imagine her ears and the fur around the face but can not see her face!!! I do not know why ... And when I start to talk to her I begin to imagine what I'm talking about and I can not see her again... I see her body without a face, and when I start talking to her I imagine what I tell her and then when I want to see her again it's hard for me to concentrate on her again ... thanks to helpers :)

concentration.

intrusive thoughts will be there.

you have to focus your thoughts and talk to her.

also the face is the hardest part to see so don't worry if you can't see it well.

"keep practising" it's what I learn here.

English is not my native language

Yeah it took me a good long while before I could see Toby's face clearly but it did happen and it will happen for you.

Just practice and give it time.

Eventually, it'll be more about passive awareness rather than brute concentration through gradual sessions, because your mind can render things out faster to you when you go through so many ways to achieve a similar result. In other words, you just have to think about their name, or some element to get the essence of them, and they'll be clear in your mind.

You could go for the hardcore forcing for 1-3 hours every day for a few weeks with something like image streaming for instance (example on some ways to do that can be found here), and then take a break for 1-2 weeks from that, and find your mind rendering out all sorts of things easily without much of your conscious effort. Or you could do the gradual route with 15-30 minutes people may do at their own pace, and slowly see progress. It's kind of like exercising, except for your mind. In theory, the more you're consistently finding ways to connect things together, whatever mode of cognition and memory our brain utilizes will create some sort of system to make things easier for you.

I personally find it more appealing to have the brain making it easier for me after militant training rather than having to go through months thinking I have to have the mental resilience of a Tibetan monk all the time.
