Hi,

My name is Jazz and I am a multiple. My question is this; Can learning to make a Tulpa, help to make others in my body take on a physical (in my mind) being? And if so how do I proceed?

Well, I can't say anything for sure, but practicing imposition could help with that.

I don't know if you'd need a tulpa to do that with (I don't think so. Especially not if you're already multiple), but if you want to anyways, and are prepared for the responsibility, you could give it a shot.

If you make a tulpa, start with the basic creation process and simple skills. Imposition is hard, and if you're lucky you'll get it by accident. Otherwise, practice some of the other basics first and then come around to imposition when you think you're ready..

You could try adapting tulpaforcing techniques to make your headmates seem more physically real. Since you already have headmates who are presumably conscious and able to communicate with you, you can skip over the parts for creating them and getting them vocal. Depending how vivid and detailed they are in your mind, you might need to do some work visualizing them. But apart from that, jump to the imposition parts, and work together on that.

Also, purple text on dark gray is hard to read.

Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee

Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her
