Hi! The name I go by online is Arawn. I am a recent college graduate currently looking for employment. My degree is in history and I hold a license to teach 7th through 12th grade. I adore European history, particularly the history of England. I can't get enough of it!

Anyway, onto fun things!

- I own one dog, one fish, one snail, one rabbit, and 12 hermit crabs.
- I identify as genderfluid with a preference for gender neutral or male pronouns.
- I love to read, write, go outside, etc.
- My favorite weather is stormy weather.
- Cryptozoology is something I'm interested in.
- I love mythology. :)
- I've lived in 7 states and even lived in Italy.
- England is my favorite place and I can't wait to go back.

I guess that's about it! If you want to talk or need more information, feel free to PM me.
1. Erm. Maybe. I'm a bit of a control freak so I probably wouldn't.
2. 1. How long have you had a tulpa? I'm on Day 29 of working with Quill. 2. On a scale of one to ten, how conscious does a tulpa appear? Quill would be at a three right now given we're new to this. However, I would give him (and any tulpa) a 10 once they're fully vocal and sentient. 3. What is your spiritual and/or religious school? Pagan (relatively agnostic, but with Pagan leanings) 4. How do you prefer to think of tulpas? As in, how they work, whether or not they're actually conscious, et cetera. I think of them as entities that have been willed into being. They're entirely sentient with their own thoughts, emotions, mental workings, etc. I see them no different as a physical human being albeit without a body.
3. I came up with Quill because I wanted Quinn, but that's part of my dog's name (her name is Harley Quinn) and I didn't want there to be any similarity so Quill seemed a good fit and it was all I could really come up with since I'm awful at naming things. I also couldn't go around saying "the tulpa" so the name helps me focus.
4. June 11: Day 20 Visualization/narration Total time: 30 minutes June 12: Day 21 Total time: 23 minutes Overall total time: 9 hours 59 minutes ___ The times don't include when I've just randomly talked to him or envisioned him sitting next to me and watching television or while I'm on the computer. I try to include active times visualizing him in my daily routine though I also do a lot of narration. Visualizing has gotten easier though his hair color is now black.
5. Thanks, everyone, for the answers! :D @ Moon Shooter: I keep track of hours to make sure I'm doing the minimum I want during a day and it's because it's how my mind works -- I like to keep track of everything. It's not like I have a set time as to when Quill has to be talking nor do I expect him to talk any time soon and it's entirely on his own time for talking. I'm not big on going "omg, you have to be talking by X hours" or "omg, you can't be talking yet because it's too soon." The question is solely for curiosity and because a "several months" answer isn't really helpful in trying to see the average time span because people can be spending as little as 10 minutes a day to as much as several hours a day in creating their tulpa so it's not all that helpful in trying to learn the average time it took for tulpas to talk on their own.
6. Day Sixteen - June 7th Total Time: About 20 minutes Overall Total Time: 7 hours 41 minutes Why is there no actual time given? Well...I didn't truly sit down to concentrate and work with Quill. I was going to do it before bed, but my friend pissed me off because of this article about this girl who masturbated with a crucifix on the grounds of a private Catholic school in order to "get back" at people who said mean things about her. So...I can't really concentrate. ><; I'll try a little bit before falling asleep, though. I did do passive talking with Quill and occasionally tried to visualize him, particularly while watching a movie. Day Seventeen - June 8th 11:40 to 12:00 Visualization/Narration Total time: 20 minutes Overall total time: 8 hours 1 minute I can now feel a slight pressure whenever I talk with Quill and focus on him. I don't know if that means anything or not. Visualization is still a little difficult, but it's not something I'm entirely worried about as I don't need to see him to know he's there or for him to be his own being. It would still be nice, though, to be able to see him. Day Eighteen - June 9th 12:00 - 12:20 Narration/visualization Total Time: 20 minutes Day Nineteen - June 10th 8:15-9:00 Narration/visualization Total Time: 45 minutes Overall Total Time: 9 hours 6 minutes ___ I've been actively visualizing and narrating to him. I'll also be adding in some passive talking and visualizing in order to get more time in and it's easier. Such as reading a book to him and "visualizing" him reading it with me. I should probably choose a book different than "The Exorcist" though.
7. I've seen several threads on the creation of a tulpa and when the tulpa is interactive and vocal. However, there was no poll to show the rough range of when the tulpas of the people on this forum became able to speak so this is one to gather everything in one thread and to make it easier for people to have a rough estimate as to when their tulpa may start talking The question: When did your tulpa start to talk to you on its own? The poll answers are all in hours so you just check the box that contains the hour(s) in which the tulpa actually started to talk back to you. In the thread you can post an explanation and even a month mark if you wanted.
8. I'll sometimes get a headache and sometimes I'll get head pressure. I think, though, that it could be due to furrowing my brow while concentrating.
9. Day Fifteen 11:43- 12:13 Visualization/narration Total Time: 30 minutes Overall Total Time: 7 hours 21 minutes ___ May have had further progress. Visualization at first was a little hard so I rewrote my description of him. Then for about 15 minutes I just talked with him while picturing him. I may have gotten a response, but I don't know.
10. Day Thirteen 12:15 - 12:35 Visualization/Narration Total Time: 20 minutes Overall Total Time: 6 hours 21 minutes ___ I'm not asleep yet so it's still Tuesday as far as I'm concerned. :P ___ This time visualization is occurring while visualizing him looking at the computer screen with me to see if that can help. It definitely feels like someone's watching it with me. Day Fourteen 10:30 to 11:00 Some visualization, mostly narration Total Time: 30 minutes Overall Total Time: 6 hours 51 minutes ___ I was going to do more tonight, but my head is killing me so I doubt it.
11. Thank you! :D They haven't, at least not yet, thankfully. So far most discouragement comes just because I get a bit frustrated, but I try to keep going even if I get frustrated with the lack of time I'd like to put in.
12. Day Twelve o.o I can't believe it's been 12 days! Two more days and I'll have been doing this for two weeks! Awesome! _____ 9:00 to 9:30 Visualization Total Time: 30 minutes 11:06 to 11:26 Visualization/Narration Total Time: 20 minutes Overall Total Time: 6 hours 01 minutes _____ Visualization is getting easier though Quill's form is still morphing a bit each day to something, I'm assuming, that he likes most. He hardly resembles what we started out with other than he's male. His form went from someone blue-eyed and blonde and unmistakably human. He is now auburn haired with lavender eyes and his build is slim and he heavily resembles Tolkein elves. It's not a bad thing and it's not terribly unsurprising given that people constantly state that their tulpas have often changed forms on them especially in the early weeks of working with the tulpa.
13. Day Eleven 11:18 - 11:48 Visualization Total Time: 30 minutes Overall Total Time: 5 hours 11 minutes
14. Day Eight 11:30 to 12:00 Visualization/Narration Total Time: 30 minutes Day Nine Nothing happened this day. Yesterday was busy celebrating my mom's birthday so I didn't get home until about 7 pm or so at which point we watched two movies and I drank a bit much so by the time I got to bed I was in no shape to work with Quill. Day Ten 11:38 - 12:08 Visualization is getting easier and I can focus on visualizing him while working on something else. This is nice. Hopefully it's a step in the right direction. Total Time: 30 minutes Total Overall Time: 4 hours 41 minutes
15. The last two days it's been exhaustion. I've been beyond exhausted so forcing is hard and I can't work with Quill as much as I'd like which makes me wonder if I should do this. Then there's visualization. It can be really hard to do that, but I've written out his description that appears to help a lot so I don't feel so discouraged.
