  1. I like your writing style, it has personality and humour. A lot of your personality description sounds like me, and the same birthday as well ^_^ Anyway have fun you two (or four if counting owen and ran)
  2. In my experience it's better to actually talk outloud to your tulpa whenever possible. I find it easier to stay focused that way, because it's kinda telling your brain that your speaking to someone else and not just thinking words. As for the non verbal part, if you send it images and feelings, then that's what it will send back to you.
  3. Sera's name came about because I always liked the name Sarah, and sera means "to be". And well, I do want my tulpa, to be.
  4. Oh thanks, never thought about that, i'll draw a S or T on my wrist or somewhere later as a visual cue to remind me to narrate throughout my day.
  5. This thread's about ways to stay focused, so feel free to post your own methods of it. I always keep a wrist band on my arm, and i've learned to use it to stay concentrated and to remember to talk to my tulpa. When I plan on (mentally) narrating, (because in public or feel like I can't focus) I just move it higher on my arm so that there is a constant squeeze/pressure on my arm. I use it as a mental cue, a reminder that whenever I feel it to remember to continue to narrate/force and feel her presence. Feeling it on my arm has become pretty much synonymous with feeling my tulpa's presence. Just thought it could also help out people that have a hard time staying focused.
  6. I don't really have experience with possession, but my tupper did just move my pinky a little. I'm only about a little less than a month in, but recently in the last 3 active sessions, I noticed that my right arm becomes completely numb and my left somewhat numb. I just "gave" my arm to my tulpa and visualized(in my wonderland) something like she was transculent and her arm was going inside of mine and controlling it. I wiggled my finger a little so she'd know what to do and it started wiggling from her control a couple times. Seemed tiring so we stopped shortly after, since i'm not big on possession yet anyway. Pretty happy about it anyway.
  7. Just a thought, maybe the reason you didn't caffeine crash is because Crystal did? Like she absorbed the crash somehow. You should ask her when she wakes up/you find her.
  8. What helps me clear my mind is just breathing steadily and not trying to force thoughts out of my head, vut letting them pass through. I simply accept and acknowledge the thought and move on. Try thinking of your tulpa too, could help.
  9. Laziness and wanting to do other things like video games and go outside. I only forcing during the day, I'm completely unable to force in the morning or before I go to sleep because I can't focus for the life of me. I can somewhat narrate with focus at night though. I plan to try reading to my tulpa before I go to sleep starting next week, once I should be able to feel the presence some more.
