  1. Glad to hear that you resolved the issues with Red, and that it was an overall success. The bubble I mentioned is also a very good tool for one-on-one time with a tulpa of your choice. It gives an ample amount of attention and that attention is given within a positive atmosphere, assuring healthy development.
  2. The problems started when this new "Red" appeared. The original Red is gonna have an identify issue when the new Red shows up. This causes problems. You unintentionally ignored the problem at hand, and proceeded to make more Tulpae, this gives the other Reds time to mope around in your wonderland and subconscious. They could be bitter towards each other, and all that negativity forming up in your subconscious can be physically and mentally draining. That "cloudy" feeling, the inconsistency, the trouble of distinguishing one tulpa from another, it's all signs of mental strain and fatigue. What you need to do is: 1. Sit down for a forcing session. 2. Enter into your wonderland(if you have one). 3. Find a spot to sit in the wonderland and form a bubble of positive energy. To do this, simply create the bubble and fill it with positive emotions, such as happiness or laughter. What this does is make it hard for any negative energy to penetrate the bubble, it should also make things stay comfortable and stress-free. 4. Once you have the bubble formed, force all your tulpae into the bubble. 5. While they are in this bubble, they should remain calm and in a relatively happy state. 6. Discuss what's been going on with you recently, think of this as your own personal group for therapy. 7. Ask The Reds what's been going on, where did the other one come from, etc. By this point, you should already be heavily in discussion with all your tulpae. Use this time to figure out what has been going on lately with all of them. Find out what they desire, why they might be down, or anything else, just talk to them, and try and solve any problems while you are there. The bubble will prevent anything negative from happening, you MUST believe this, any doubt towards the positive bubble can cause it to either: Allow in some negativity or cause it to pop all together. Once you have discussed everything with your tulpae, found out any problems, what you can do to solve those problems, and what they can do to help clear your mind and relieve some of that stress, simply tell them that it's time for you to go, and will them back to a place in your wonderland. Then, imagine the bubble fading away. Once it's gone, you can do whatever it is you wish. TL;DR You gotta solve the issues going on in your head. Sit down with your Tulpae, discuss the issues, solve the issues. If the above does not solve that feeling in your head, then you may need to dissipate them, and start over with a clean state. It sounds horrible, I know. However, if you do dissipate them, you will feel an emptiness for a few days, but this will pass. You should also notice the problems you have been experiencing will also fade away. once you have that "everything all clear" feeling in your mind, you can begin to create another tulpa.
  3. Tried this, got a good feel of where the 'thought' was originating from. I simply directed my attention towards the spot and sort of applied my own form of 'pressure' to it, which cut it off entirely. Will have to see what else I can do with this. Perhaps I can also find the spot were the 'minds eyes' forms images, and perhaps, with the right form of attention/pressure/energy whichever you prefer, I can stimulate it to provide vivid and clearer visualizations.
  4. That Yu Yu Hakusho video..it really struck home for me for some reason. It said everything that needed to be said.
  5. I see. That explains the darkening and pulsations quite well, thank you. While attempting this method several times yesterday night I realized that by focusing your attention on un-focusing the eyes you are essentially clearing your mind of thoughts. This could be what is causing such a quick response to visualizations, since clearing your mind is a step to reaching a meditative state of mind. I'll have to experiment with this some more, but so far, the results have lead to me having vivid visualizations without so much strain.
  6. I just sat down an hour ago to do a force session. Before I started this session though, I looked blankly at the wall and let my eyes lose focus. I then let them remain un-focused without blinking. I started to feel these weird pulsations and my peripherals began to darken. Then my eyes closed involuntarily, I could practically feel my eyes roll up to the back of my head. When they did, I found that my mind was already in a meditative state, I was seeing colors and these weird waves. I then tried to visualize my wonderland, which came into clarity with ease, I felt no strain at all trying to visualize it. I never experienced this before. Usually when I visualize I gotta put a lot of intent and focus on the thought. The visualizations came to me very quickly to, almost felt natural. Has anyone else experienced this before?
  7. 1. You said it yourself, you feel tired and not as motivated to force. When your mind wanders you are taking your attention off the tulpa, and that's not good while forcing. You don't want wandering thoughts. 2. Hot or Cold temperatures will only affect forcing when they are physically distracting you from focusing on forcing. After all, it's all about how comfortable you can get in that temperature. 3. 7. You want to be really relaxed, but at the same time not so relaxed the possibility of you sleeping is high. You want to be comfortable enough to where you can force without the mind wandering to aches, muscles spasms, or anything of the sort. 3.5. Personally, I force laying down on my back in bed. I can relax easier while lying in bed, and the visualizations seem to be crisper as well. You just got find a position you are comfortable with. Anything that you find works for yourself.
  8. 5 minutes of hanging upside-down wouldn't cause too much strain on the body or head. It also would give the brain an ample amount of oxygen for the neural activity, so you should find meditation afterwords more vivid, or easier to get into that state of mind. I'll definitely have to try this out tonight and post any changes that might of occurred.
  9. Only if you make it a negative thought. Do you want her to see you as her love-able idiot host? Or do you want her to see you as an idiot she can't stand to be around? Most tulpas love their hosts, and if you want her to see you as an idiot, then chances are, she will see you as an idiot, but an idiot she loves.
  10. I haven't tried this before, but I wouldn't recommend trying to force while doing so. The blood rushing to your head will grant better neural activity, which may lead to easier or more vivid visualizations. I know that you aren't suppose to hang-upside or allow the blood to rush to your head for too long, so doing so while forcing is unadvised. Although, if the increased blood-flow will theoretically improve visualization I would try the inversion therapy prior to forcing. Get the blood flowing in the brain, then try a forcing session.
