So I started keeping a log on the progress Mia (my tulpa) and I have made over the past few days before my forum account was legitimized. So, below, I've dumped the first 4 entries I made, and I may upload scans of the sketches I made of my wonderland in later. Let's begin!
Entry 1, 4/16
I sat down today for my first full-on forcing session. I constructed the wonderland, primarily, which I will explain more about in a bit.
(*Note: Before this entry I already had a form in mind and did some basic personality work. I have been forming her personality by having her react to certain situations in the manners I think she would.)
I also sat down and tried a method or two to get Mia talking/get me hearing her. I sat in total silence and focused on her. I asked her multiple times to say something, anything, to me. Also tried having her hum and make specific letter sounds (Sh-, K-, B-, etc.). I heard what may have been a whisper or two. I've also increased my narration to Mia and am doing so as I write this.
(*Note: I started narrating to Mia on the 15th which would explain the last sentence.)
Entry 2, 4/17
Tried vocal-forcing again today. Didn't go as well as yesterday. I had immense trouble keeping focus during my trial run of Testing's technique to more quickly establish vocality (guide found here http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Vocality-How-to-talk-to-your-tulpa-in-less-time ).
It became more of a meditative exercise than it was a forcing session. That's alright, though. I'm confident in Mia and myself. After all, I'm sure the first tulpa is the most difficult to create. Tomorrow I plan on sitting down with Mia in Wonderland and attempt to better my focus. I may also try that nearly-lucid-dream mode forcing guide (found here http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Visualization-Perfect-visualization-from-the-half-sleep-state ) to see if that helps my concentration and focus. Next, I will describe my wonderland:
Wonderland
Large canyon (smaller than Grand Canyon). Opens up at its mouth to a small beach On beach there is 1 wood hut and boardwalk to body shower Hut is Tardis-like: Small on the outside, big o the inside. Currently only three rooms besides foyer have been seen/built. Library door is on ground floor between two curved staircases leading up to the second floor balcony and hallway going to the left and right. Library is a rotunda: open in the center with bookshelves lining the walls, creating a large circle. In the center of the red-carpeted room is a mahogany table with a laptop on it. Library and laptop were constructed so Mia may learn more about me and access my conscience and subc. The ground that makes up the top of the canyon is grass plains with low, long, rolling hills. To the right of the canyon facing the mouth, an old castle floats on a large plot of land over a large crater as though it were pulled from the ground. It is rotating nearly imperceptibly slowly around a central axis. After about an hour, it will have noticeably rotated. A small river runs though the middle of the canyon. Feeds into a small lake (the Oasis). The Oasis also has a smaller river emptying into the ocean.
Entry 3, 4/18
Today I fruitlessly attempted to lull myself into a half-awake, half-asleep state that should have made visualization immensely easier. A lot of time was wasted trying to find a way to make my surroundings darker (a jerry-rigged blindfold was made out of a rag and duct-tape to remedy this). The guide on reaching the aforementioned lucid state required I sit in a chair. I chose my family room chair. Unfortunately, too many things broke my immersion and I couldn't achieve the state. I may attempt the same tomorrow if I can turn off that damn humidifier in my basement. I don't think there is anywhere Mia and I can go in the house that is free from my pestering cats. Additionally, I made cards for a concentration/focus training exercise.
Entry 4, 4/20
AFter much deliberation and pleading/coaxing/guilt-tripping from Mia, I did a small forcing session. We drove together in a Jeep after participating in a short but explosive sparring session (I hope to do more of that in the future). We drove on the right side of the canyon floor, passing over ditches in the road by making wood bridges appear. An enormous boulder nearly the width of the canyon fell towards us but exploded into millions of brightly colored birds, the majority of which flew North towards the dense forest at the end of the canyon. After some narration, I transported Mia and I to a blank room and attempted a vocality exercise with her. I first said a phrase, then said half of the same phrase and prompted Mia to finish the other half. I parroted a few phrases in her voice to give her a hand. She did not speak, however, I feel as though she is getting stronger with each forcing session.
And thus ends my dump. Will make new posts per entry from now on.
