rountree8 May 11, 2016 May 11, 2016 First and for most I want to say I hope you lovely moderators will allow me to post this here. I know this isn't what this forum is mean't for, but I don't know where else I could post this. But I think that it relevant to the topic of tulpa's and it could also inspiring and help others. This isn't going to be a log for a making a tulpa, but a more in-depth creation of a wonderland. I've discussed this topic at length with my friend, who introduced me to this particular idea. He has created a wonderland that expands on the idea of housing tulpas, he has made a complex and meaningful world. When he is in his wonderland, the experience is real to him. This is the main goal I want to achieve, and the thing that I want to log. I was originally going to create a tulpa a few weeks ago, but after my discussion with my friend these goals changed. I found the topic of creating a complex wonderland more interesting than creating a tulpa. I'm still going to make a tulpa, but I would like to focus my attention on this project at the moment. One of the problems we discussed is how their are little logs and descriptions of what he has made. Now I'm pretty sure there are logs on this forum, probably even guides. But at the moment I have no interest in trying to hunt down them down. If you know of such accounts please feel free do add them to the thread. If you have any suggestions on how to go about this better, please also post them. I want to briefly go over my goals for the wonderland. Mind you, I'm still working on the details of how I'm going to go about everything. So just keep that in mind. I also don't know to what extent I'm going to log the story I make, I'm of the personal belief that the story should be very personal. Wonderland Goals Make the experience feel real Create a dynamic world Create tulpa's within the world Be able to put myself into a character Be able to role-playing as the character, meaning think and act like them. So now that we have all that babble out of the way, I want to talk about the forcing sessions I've had. First Couple Sessions I started out meditating for 10 minutes to get my self focused. I don't think it helped to much, but I think I wasn't really attempting to calm my mind. After the meditation session I put on my headphones and played the music I had, this turned out to be a bad idea. I already had a solid idea of where I was going to take the story I had. But the music dictated the overall mood of the experience, so I had happy music playing, when death was happening. I'm probably going to start using white noise instead of music during this session while I'm learning. Although not the most pleasurable thing I could do, I think it would be best for my overall experience. Through out the sessions I found my self focusing more on the action side of my world, rather than interacting with people. I find the action in my world thrilling, mostly because I sorta of experience it. But I do want to have interactions with people in my world, so I might probably going to do some session specifically for that topic. The overall experience I want to work on, but specifically I want to work on the experience of body movements, I find it hard to experience walking. Overall I think I need to work on concentrating when I'm in the world. I'm also starting to realize that I need to construct a plan to work on all the aspects I want to improve on. The next post is probably going to be about that. If you have any questions please ask them, I will be happy to answer them. I'm sorry I din't go into as much detail as I should have for the wonderland forcing session. I will try to go into more detail in the future, but right now I'm just anxious to post this. I'm also going to try to post a drawing on each post, they relate to my story, but I'm not going to give any real context behind them. I just hope they give you a general Idea of what my story's about, and inspire you if you decide to try what I'm doing.
