Question

So, I have an important question. I’m creating a tulpa, his name is Tanner, I started working on him like, yesterday, so its a fairly new process I’m starting. But anywho… I needed to ask that if I’m working on him, and I’m trying to visualize him and talk to him, but I end up thinking about say.. another person, or I get distracted and drift off to some other topic or something… would it cause the process to be messed up, or would it mess with the process in any way? My brain decides to be all over the place, and I don’t want that to mess with the process, if it even does. This is something I’ve been wondering about, so ye TwT. Any info or anything would be great right now, since I’m really new to this stuff, thank you!!!!

I don't think that would mess up the process other than making the process take longer. You can try including him in your distraction if you want. Like, if you start thinking about another person, ask him what he thinks of that other person.

Like harvestmoon said, it might make it take longer, but if it messed it up there would be zero tulpamancers with ADHD, and that's clearly not the case. ;) FAM usually lets me know if I'm drifting off on a tangent.
