It feels like there's a rather cold fluid circulating inside my cheeks, it's much more comfortable than head pressure, it's accompanied by head pressure. It's head pressure?(sr for bad en)

Although head pressure is the classic physical sensation associated with tulpa development, it's not uncommon to feel sensations in other parts of the body or face as well! I don't want to say definitively that it is or isn't a sign of anything, but it is plausible. My host got some ASMR-style tingles on his back when I was forming, for instance.
