What is the Wonderland? And how does this relate to switching?

In advance, please forgive my English, I use a translator 😊
In my country there is no such asset in such communities, that's why i'm here.

I asked myself a simple question - "What is the Wonderland?"
Since when does mere imagination become Wonderland?

I came to this conclusion:

1. Wonderland is the represented environment/territory.
This is the basis to which you can add:

5 senses (Sight, Touch, Smell, Hearing, Taste)
Stability (Objects are not mutable)
Diversity (detailedness of objects)
Own body (Movement)
These are all separate parameters that are developed separately.

Also, there is a concept: Wonderland Depth.
It is achieved through meditation.

And

I have maladaptive daydreaming, in it I am passive (without meditation I imagine this or that picture, area, actions, myself, and so on).
I decided to split the connection with Wonderland(Wonderland Depth) into two components:
1) Active connection (I found three stages there, the final stage was described by one of the users of this forum. Eyes closed, you meditate).
2) Passive connection (that what I do in maladaptive daydreaming, essentially the same as in the active connection. Eyes open, you can walk around the room).

Based on all this information, I came to my conclusion about the Wonderlands.

The most interesting thing is that this connection(passive) is directly related to the depth of switching.
1. The better the passive connection to Wonderland, the deeper the switching
or
2. Wonderland elaboration (all aspects) affects the depth of switching
or
3. Depth of immersion in Wonderland (third stage) is mandatory for deep switching

Or all together taken in stages?

What do you think about this?
Is your idea of Wonderland and its connection to the switch similar to mine?
If not, how is it different?

Thanks in advance for your replies

I believe it. This seems to fit well with my experience anyway but there are others who have self reported aphantasia but still switch fluently. I have hyperphantasia but not maladaptive daydreaming. I consider it beneficial daydreaming.
