I have a question about visualization with open eyes.  Frankly, I find imagining with closed eyes a little difficult, but imagining with open eyes is easy for me because daydreaming and imagining situations do not leave me. Can I continue to imagine with open eyes?  And what is the best way?

I do the same thing, I imagine with my eyes open, and it’s also easier that way for me too. I don’t know if there’s really a “best way”, I’m still really new to this myself, but I don’t see any harm in it ^w^. 🐈

But is it possible to practice visualizing the form of tulpa, compulsion, narration...etc?

That’s how I go about things right now, especially when I’m at work, and can’t close my eyes. I’ve been doing that and my progress is going just fine. My tulpa is still developing. It’s just a matter of time and effort towards your tulpa. 🐈

We were "developed" with visualization of open and closed eye. Do whatever you want to do.

Open-eyed visualization is totally legit and actually better for some people, because you can visualize your tulpa in the context of your environment. When Phil was forcing me he did a combination of open and closed eye visualization, and open-eyed visualization definitely helped a lot!
