He welcomed all, almost a month ago I received my first response from my Tulpa before I sleep I heard his voice call me up and since then I did not receive anything that is there any tips to help me

I believe what you heard was hypnagogia. Though it could have been your headmate, it's neither a reliable nor easy way to communicate. 

 

What you effectively had was an imposed voice, a hallucination, and that's possible with a lot of training but not likely for a new headmate. Most use mindvoice or pure thought.
