If i am for example John in real life and my tulpa is Brian will ...

I am currently trying to create my tulpa. I am writing about his life, his past, his current present, his hobbies, what he loves what he dislikes etc.

I gave him another name. And that is what my question is about.

 

If i am John in real life, and my tulpa name is Brian, will my tulpa during possession tell everyone that he is Brian ? I dont want to be that weird lol.

If your tulpa is developed enough for possession, they should be able to recognize that although they are Brian the world is still going to see them as John. I've never once tried to tell anyone I am Simmie while possessing or switched in. (Though to be fair I generally never switch in when we're around other people)
