Okay, so have been trying the tulpa thing for a few days, it is going pretty good actually. I wanted to let it decide on it's own form, so I decided to start by visualizing it as an egg, so it could eventually change to whatever it wanted (I copied the idea from the owl house by the way).

 

I have been doing narration from a few days, but had no response, until one night I was feeling a bit anxious and felt some kind of a comforting presence. After that experience I had had this image of a angelic figure made of light come in my mind, that was my tulpa, since I hadn't really given her a name yet, I decided to call her angel (yes I know I am very creative like that).

 

So yeah that's all for now I guess. She is not vocal but sometimes can communicate with images. I am still doing narration evey day, I try to get at least one hour of active narration a day if I can.

 

I will write more reports on the future as I get more progress.
