Recently started the tulpa creation process just 3 days ago. I've been doing a lot of meditating and parroting and narrating, but haven't really noticed any obvious signs of sentience other than some possible head pressure. But today I made a snarky joke in my head and felt a warm glow in my chest. I think he thinks I'm funny! Just wanted to share the progress 'u'

That's wonderful^-^ Tulpas' first forms of communication often seems to be through emotions, it was the same way for Seraphina. Keep it up, you two!

That transfer of emotions (tulpish) is a great sign of sentience, and don't worry about head pressures, some people have it more intense that others.

 

And looks like you've experienced interposition too! Excellent post! You'll do well with him, I'm sure of it!
