Can i create a tulpa based off a vilian or fictional murder what are the ethics of doing that

If you really want to you can; understand that a tulpa is not literally the person you are basing them off of, and morally speaking your tulpa is a blank slate. The only danger would be in personality forcing that tulpa to have traits similar to that of an evil person, because you don't want that to reinforce that kind of thing in your head. But if your main idea is to just use the look or aesthetics of a morally dubious person, or even the non-evil aspects of their personality, that's probably not problematic. It still probably wouldn't be my first choice but it's up to you.
