How To Express Apology To a Tulpa

For example, with your physical friends, you can... like, buy them drinks or snacks when you offend them or do other things wrong. But with your tulpa, you can do nothing except saying that you're sorry and that makes me feel guilty.

 (when it comes to why I have to say sorry to my tulpa, recently I'm a little worried about I might be imagining her response instead of listening to her. Afraid of this situation, I get overly intensed and ignore not only my rough imagination, but also her real response. I even got confused about why she "stopped speaking to me" and asked her, while ignoring her response again...That lasted for several days until I finally realized what I'm doing. Since then she's afraid of me forgetting her. )

Well, there's several things but it mostly involves making more time. If she has a favorite book, movie, game, ect., then you could interact with it. Same if she wants to do something, if possible, try to do so. I've apologized to Shaula a few times by making more effort on things as well. 

 

I feel the best thing to do is to practice more on hearing her, especially if that's what she wants.

My opinion, and just my opinion: I can look into my host consciousness's heart and know that they're contrite. Beyond that, I don't need any apology.

She‘s like ”Apologize? Why? Aren't me just the one you created? If you just completely ignore me or abandon me, there's nothing I can do, right?" ( I can tell that she's holding her grievance when saying that.)
 

Ahh...dealing with tulpa's emotions is not any easier that dealing with physical friend's ones...
