The "servitor -> egregore -> godform" paradigm of an entity's growth is heavily rooted in chaos magic. I'm not entirely sure the occult type of servitor from chaos magic can be considered as exactly the same thing with a tulpa as a spirit, and have the same evolution paradigm subsequently applied to tulpas. To use your analogy with Digimon, there is the possibility that by the time a tulpa is fairly well developed (as in, have mental voice, have other abilities such as possession of host's body or mental access to old forgotten memories), it probably has already "evolved" to a different class of being compared to an occult servitor, and the pathway to becoming an egregore may be off limits to it. I like your chart (is it something made by you or another source?) on the spectral ecosystem. Because there is an overlap with either the psychological or the physical when a paranormal entity attempts to interact with people, there are countermeasures people can do via psychological or physical means to resist them. I have personal experience where working through unprocessed negative emotions and beliefs in my subconscious denied a negative entity the foothold to influence me, and helped me distance myself from it. My tulpas helped with this process. The taxonomy chart - it seems to have a very confident and clear view on what everything is. My own personal experience can prove for myself that this stuff exists, but not enough to have a black and white view of things. The energy work I learned from Robert Bruce's work have the energy directed to the sub-navel energy center (Dantian in Eastern terminology). The logic was that excess energy in the Dantian will automatically go up to other energy centers, and this results in a slower, but more steady progression based on a very stable energetic base, and results in less unpleasant surprises. Just a neat comparison with a different system. A part of these types of theories always feel like they have an escapist quality to them.
