Didn't feel like this belonged in questions cause its more then that.

I've been tulpaforcing for about 3 weeks now. There was a period where I did hardly nothing, maybe 10-20 minutes a day. Now I sorta cracked down the 2nd/3rd week. I've increased to about an hour now, sometimes more.

There are just things I feel, like everything is scripted by me and there actually is no tulpa in my mind, and its just imagination (if that makes sense). I still believe and what not, but sometimes that doubt creeps in, and I try to send it away.

I think I've I heard my tulpa talk on two occasions that really stood out, the most recent being two days ago when I was holding something and I heard this "DONT DROP THAT!" kinda exclamation. I'm convinced it was my tulpa.

I'm not really sure where I'm going with this, but I just really need help.

The guides provide some backbone, yet I really don't think I can advance without hearing from others.

Anyway, I have been just dumbfounded on what to do sometimes. I know narration is supposed to be more then just recalling the day, but I just can't think of anything to say. Personality is something I can do, I don't have trouble with that. Visualization is going nicely now, I can sorta make out the entire body in one frame, but I still need to work on it. I think there is more I should be doing like, what are some things to do when not tulpa forcing to get involved with my tulpa? Walking with her etc.

I hear adventures are a good thing to do, but once again I just can't think of anything to do.

I feel like I'm not on the right track, but I could just be over thinking and over complicating things.

There is more that has been nagging me, but its not coming to me atm. I could really just use some help, any information I can give I will.

We have the same feels

It'd be helpful if you were more detailed on where exactly you are, and what your question/s actually is/are.

Yes, tulpas often start off sounding scripted, or not individual. Given time, attention, and treatment as an individual they will grow to be more separate from you.

Narration can be about anything. It's not ultimately important what you are saying, only that you are treating them as sentient. Once you get into the habit of addressing your tulpa, you can talk about whatever; talk about what you're doing, give a history lesson, or anything else.

When you're not forcing, you can still narrate. If they can't move on their own then there's little point imposing, but talk to them.

Adventures are beneficial because it's you doing something with your tulpa. If you're stuck on what to do, then brush your tulpa's hair or something; this kind of thing helps with visualisation.

You sound like you're on track, anyway. Having faith in responses is important, as is investing time.

It seems you may have answered most of my questions, even the ones I haven't asked.

I just really wasn't sure I was on the right track. I know many people have similar problems but I just wanted reassurance and the sort.

I just had like really general questions on things to do that weren't listed in guides, things like personal experiences that guides can't give you, etc.
