Can guides creators edit their posts once they end up in the guides tab?

I wouldn't know, since I've never made a guide worthy of those ranks, but, regardless, if Phi wanted to edit his Open Eye Visualization guide, does he simply navigate to the page, or does he have to go through an admin?

I'd guess he'd have to go through an admin, seeing as they are flat html files on the server.
