Kara's progress

Yo, I've been working on my tulpa since roughly the 3rd of this month (feb) I've put in somewhere between 10-15 hours of solid meditative forcing and probably something close too at least 24 hours narration both out loud and in my mind.

 

When I began on Kara she didn't have a name or form, I spent probably 7 hours giving her a loose personality which I encouraged her to deviate from. At somewhere between the 7-8 hour mark I got my first and so far only fully audible response from her. It was a weird whistle sound in my left ear and immediately after that she choose her form... How she chose her form was she literally flashed a picture of it in front of me, in my minds eye I guess.

She chose to appear as Espeon ( I was hoping for a human but it was her choice) then I asked her if she identified as male, female or genderless and she said female in a mind voice. We then had a full conversation about what her name would be and she picked 'Kara'.

 

The next day I couldn't get a single response from her at all. That's the day I first started constant narration.

 

The day after we hung out in our wonderland and had a talk about everything and anything, it came effortlessly for both of us. I actually thought maybe I'd done something wrong because I was getting crazy results at under 15 hours.

 

All the way up until this weekend things continued the same way, light forcing with constant narration and hanging out in wonderland then I decided to go out to a club, she didn't like the idea of me getting too drunk and refused to talk to me all night.

 

The next day I spent all day in bed nursing the worst hangover of my life which is weird because the people I was with all night (one was sober the entire time) said I only had six beers. Since then though I've had trouble getting the same level of contact out of Kara. We have talked a bit but it seems a lot harder the last couple of days to reach her.
