It seems like a lot of people are concerned that people may be parroting for their tulpa, but what I'm concerned about is the opposite.

Most of the time I'm actively trying to not respond to myself if I'm narrating and such, and what I'm wondering if it's possible to stifle any reactions I may get in the future. I'm not expecting any atm since It's been a few hours since I started this whole thing, but this question has been nagging at me.

It's possible to stifle movements. Emotional responses cannot be stifled, only interpreted as your own emotions.

Know, though, that your problem is not yours alone.

Someone with a completed tulpa would better answer your questions.
