eViLe_eAgLe April 17, 2013 April 17, 2013 Firstly, i'm having a hard time with my wonderland. I know it's not unnecessary, but I would like to have it. It seems handy. I don't know if i'm even accessing my wonderland. What I essentially do is sit down somewhere comfortable, calm my breathing and clear my mind, and think of a flat field and sometimes add things to it. Is that my wonderland? Second question. Whenever I tulpaforce, or am with my tulpa narrating, or something like that. I can feel her. As weird as it sounds, when she is around I get this warm feeling in my heart, it's quite soothing. But, is that what her presence does, or is it something else?
Loveandkrieg April 17, 2013 April 17, 2013 From my understanding, that is indeed the technical definition of a wonderland. It's just a phrase for an area or location you mentally envision that you can share with the tulpa. As for the warm and soothing influence, I can't speak for anyone else, but I know that this is very much the case from my own. I don't actually know if that is the nature of a tulpa, or just the nature of being in close proximity to someone you care a lot about. For me it's not a dissimilar feeling to being physically close to a significant other, or a loved pet. But without the actual sensory stimuli of physical presence, it seems a little peculiar at first. That's my experience at least, could be entirely wrong.

People typically remember what's there and 'come back' to the same place, but the apparent persistence is more memory than anything else. It's nothing special, and nothing that can't be knocked up in a few minutes. 2. Imagine you have someone next to you. You look away and can't see, hear or touch them, but you still 'feel' as though they're there. That's the standard tulpa presence for you, but I can't say I'm a stranger to fuzzy feelings either. If you think it's your tulpa then great, it probably is.
