I get really really calm. I feel less stressed out, less negative or cynical, and more optimistic and "loose." Feelsgoodman.jpg

Also there's the feeling of presence like other posts.

I would compare this feeling to having a crush on someone. When one has a crush he/she thinks about the other constantly. To strengthen this feeling open up your heart when you force. Fall in love with your tulpa. Tell your tulpa you love them 100 times a day and mean it when you say it and it will amplify the warmth in the chest.

It's funny really. I get that feeling in my chest, but it isn't warm. It's cold. I also get a constricted feeling in my chest with the other feeling.

I have that warm feeling in my chest, but I noticed it only after reading through this thread, so it might just be me.

Feels good, though.

I do not normally feel the Tulpa's presence in a physical sense. There is a small list of exceptions.

The sensation of presence that others reports is common when narrating, though not universal - some of my few posts this site so far have been about the absence of this sensation while at work, for instance.

How I'd refer to the sensation is that it's not dissimilar to that "hey is someone watching me right now?" feeling, though without the associated unease.

The following three exceptions are what I have found so far.

1: A sinking/rising feeling in the gut region, a communications method developed for negative or positive responses as we are still at a pre-verbal stage.

2: A relaxed state during focus on the tulpa and established 'physical' contact in the wonderland, which I've theorized has a serotonin, oxytocin or dopamine effect on the body not dissimilar to that of ordinary physical contact with people.

3: An experiment with tulpa aiding meditative states, where attempting imposition for physical contact with the left hand during a walk in the snow seemed to result in less effect from the cold, and by extension a slight warm feeling. We've been unable to repeat the experiment as the weather's gotten better.
