Rebellion?

So I've been working on visualization for my tulpa, Raito, and everything has been going well. Today when I started forcing, however, Raito began to change a lot of his traits. He used to be a short boy with light brown hair that went down to about his shoulders. He turned himself into a girl with darker, longer hair. I thought my mind was being weird, since I am pretty tired, so I tried to change it back, but he (she?) wouldn't let me.

I'm confused because he told me in the past he was cool with his name and looks and stuff.

Could it be possible he's trying to deviate from the OC I loosely based him off of more, or do you think he's just rebelling? Do tulpas even have a rebellious stage?

It's probably deviation. Tulpas can change their minds about previous statements they've made.

(S)he said she's just trying out some different forms.

Someone asked me if her new form was hot, and she said "DAMN RIGHT"

I think she likes this form

She probably decided she feels more comfortable as a girl, or she at least wants to try it out.

I've noticed my tulpa usually changes her form around a bit when I'm tired. One time when I hadn't slept for like two days, she went full demon-mode with inverted knees, extra joints everywhere, horns, and huge wings. It was pretty awesome, but she changed back to exactly how she was before after I'd finally gotten some sleep.
