My first Tulpa session

Welp, here I am. Her name is Vinyl Scratch, she obviously has a different background than the one from the show. Her right arm is Ed's automail from Full Metal Alchemist. I've forced a number of times now, and I get a light headache almost every time. So yeah. I've tried making several before, but I quit because I'm a lazy person who needs to become less lazy. This is the tulpa i promised myself I would make! For my tulpa is the tulpa that shall pierce the heavens!

Do you mean a background story? It's often said to not give your tulpa a background story.

SO, alot happened since the first post. I have two now. Trying to work on both for equal amounts of time. The first one split into another one, so I asked a question about it here, if you want to help me out with that. I'm working on both their voices and forms at the same time. Well, really just switching off what I work on each night. I can't focus very long, so each session is important. I'm gonna try a few things on this site to help me along. But yeah, also, The first time Luna said anything to me, It was in an old lady's voice, from an anime I watched, lol.

So, they left. Both of them. I don't know why cause I didn't ask them why. Both Luna and Strawberry are... somewhere, in my head. I really don't know what they're going to do, but when we talked instead of forced like I had planned, Luna told me she simply wanted time away from me. I thought she would want more time WITH me, because I managed to be a horrible host and ignore her and focus on strawberry more of the time.(im so horrible :( ) Strawberry followed her, because he said he wanted to follow his big sis. So, now I won't be seeing (more like feeling the presence of,) both my tulpas for a week.

Welp, they're back. Have been for a while now. And I haven't been forcing enough. I should change that now. But yeah. I honestly can't think of anything to do with them. And yes, It probably is because I'm lazy. Gonna go look for something to do with them right now and then force actually.

Okay, now I'm back. I have been forcing alot more. I'm close to making it into a habit. They have definite forms, I'm working on giving them definite voices. And then after that, I'm going to move on to possesion and switching. I have problems focusing, so current sessions can really go no longer than 30 minutes before I fall asleep or something. But yeah. I'm not dead, and I'm making progress!

So I've started to try and work a little more forcing time than just the regular 30 mins I try and give them each night. And I can't stop myself from falling asleep, or just daydreaming inside my head. wat do?

So I have a java class, and I heard about a game to help tulpa development that requires 2 people. So I MAY just make a java program that spits out random situations/scenarios for your tulpa. I dunno. I don't have much time as is. On another awesome note, I tried possession for the first time last night with Zyana. She was able to twitch my finger on the first night! (happy squee noise)
