Even if you didn't give her that information or allow her to find it herself she probably sort of "Knew" that that was something that relates to yourself, or that you would like; being made from your subconscious and all. I'm pretty sure that Elise did a couple of things that seemed strangely related to my past, even before I allowed her to see my memories.
