tabbydragon1 November 2, 2013 November 2, 2013 I recently found out about tulpae, and when I read some of the steps in the guide (specifically the ones about appearance, personality, and conversing with your tulpae) I realized that I have an already half-formed tulpa that I've been talking to for about three years. 0_0 His name is Griffin, and he's a golden-retriever sized dragon. I made a clay model of him as a character after reading The Last Dragon Chronicles, and I'd talk aloud to him to help me with my writing. Then, he started talking back. Not out loud, but with mindvoice. He sounds a bit like me except slightly more masculine, and when he wants to he can go all Smaug-voiced at me if I've been ignoring him. I already liked to picture him in my everyday life - like if I was bored, I'd go outside and picture him running in the yard with me or something, but I could never actually see him, and I could only hear him in my head. What I'm wondering is, would I be able to use Griffin and complete the rest of the tulpaforcing with his already-created form/personality/voice or would something go wrong?
