Is it normal for a tulpa to sense hunger? I mean Summer said she can sense/feel when I am hungry or starting to get hungry... I asked cherry if she can she said she can't but can only sense it when i am really really hungry

Summer can sense that the body is very weak and tired...Different goes to cherry.. she can sense that the body is weak when at its peak

Is it normal that the body automatically switches to summer whenever I get tired or go to sleep?..Summer said that when i'm asleep/tired the body will automatically share to her control leaving me and her using the body at the same time...

i've noticed that my body feels very cold after I wake up

sometimes there's a point that i had a hard time breathing...

All 3 of us are worried because we don't know what's going on... It's been like this after we did the full body possession and hypnotism experiment

Automatic switching isn't normal but you can get that under control with practice.

As far as sensing what the host senses, yes some if not most tulpas can if they chose to.It's nothing to be worried about its just a by product of sharing the same brain and body

The breathing problems could be anxiety at not having control. Relaxation would help a lot there but so would not allowing your tulpa to just snatch control away from you. You can practice switching ad possession within the realm of your own self control.

I actually dont have much practice with switching or posession, it's not really my thing but you could always start with the guides section r maybe someone who has experiance with switching can pipe in.

I honestly don't know but odds are good it's not your tulpa. I've never heard of a tulpa dropping a hosts body temperature like that. If it persists or causes other issues I would go see a doctor.

The only physical side effects from forcing or switching that I have seen have been fatigue, dizzyness, lightheadedness, head pressure and sometimes full headache.

As usuall any physical symptom that causes discomfort or worry for you, even of you think it COULD be a tulpa, if it is enough to worry you then it should be checked by a medical or even psychiatric proffessional just to be safe.

We are a group of people in search of answers together but we are not doctors. It's always better to be safe then sorry.
