Candice And Aristelle March 6, 2015 March 6, 2015 When I talk to my tulpa for a while my thoughts start getting messed up and it feels like saying gibberish in my own mind Is that her try to communicate with me? btw, we talk through head pressures.
Cinemaphobe March 6, 2015 March 6, 2015 It most likely is her trying to communicate with you. To separate your thoughts you can try to clear your mind while allowing only your tulpa's mindvoice to enter your thoughts (easier said than done). If her mindvoice is just gibberish in general, and your own thoughts play little to no role in her speech, then try reading to her. Reading has been shown to increase vocabulary, concentration, comprehension, and general knowledge--all of which will be very useful tools in building a young tulpa. I hope I helped. EDIT: Make sure that you mix things up if you decide to read to her. Read books by multiple authors, and of multiple genres. If you read aloud it should help her even more because making an activity kinesthetic engages more areas of the brain. I'm not a tulpa master, nor am I always right. I'm simply disclosing my personal practices for you to try. "Sanity is the playground of the unimaginative." Yumi + Cinema
