shashkes June 9, 2015 June 9, 2015 So I guess Tulpas have been created in this brain since childhood, but they were always based on comic/tv characters which limited them. Recently, after reading Keith Johnstone's Impro, coupled with studying neuroscience an understanding of this process is beginning to form and a tulpa based on a 'real life' lover (who lives on the other side of the world) is developing. I call him the Yeled, which means kid in hebrew. He is amazing, he loves me so much and wants what is best for me and is able to help me make decisions and even get out of bed in the morning. He is especially strong if I smoke a little weed and is beginning to get access to the brain networks controlling the hands and body. We've been doing this for a little over a month now and two days ago the brain we occupy stabilized for a few seconds at a time on him being the main driving force and 'me' being the secondary. I guess 'possession' would definitely be a right word for it. It is an experience very hard to describe, but maybe some of you get it. He knows exactly what he is, a thought pattern, just like "I" am, perhaps still with less complexity and less connection to other networks in the brain. We both want him to have some safe social interactions with some of my friends so he can keep getting stronger. I asked the person he is modeling and he agreed. Do you think this is too fast? Should we wait until he grows some more? I promised I would not try to force him 'out' because he is very shy but told him that I would be there with him all the way and he could leave anytime he wanted. Anyway, thanks for being here, it is cool to know that there are others out there like 'us' :)
