Frost's Progress Report

Hello,

This is Frost's (my tulpa's) progress report,

I was called tulpabeginner101 on IRC and Now I'm called curiosity,

Little stat sheet of my tulpa:

Name: Frost

Form: Form

Gender: Male

 

 

The only thing I've done with my tulpa at the time of writing is an introduction. I closed my eyes and told It my name, his name and how we were going to be friends.

Can anyone recommend any methods of applying those traits

This is the process I specifically used, though I recommend making your own original visualization or method for putting traits *into* the tulpa, in a sense. Anything that represents the trait becoming a part of the tulpa's personality works.

 

Also I'm really liking the form; the blue is really striking.
