Ok, so I've done tons of research and have decided that this is pretty awesome and I'd like to try it out for myself. Also his name will be terrence if you were wondering. I plan to do a minimum of 1 hour active forcing each day along with tons of passive forcing/narration. For the first week or two I plan to focus our active forcing sessions on personality and form.

Day 1: 3/3/16

I did 1 hour of active forcing + a 35 minute passive forcing session// I broke the active forcing hour into a 40 minute greeting/pre-creation session and a 20 minute regular active session of just talking. For the first 40 min active forcing session I mostly focused on personality traits and him, rather than focusing on myself. It was a little difficult to focus so much but I think I did a pretty good job for the first time. Although the session did feel a little awkward. I'm not sure if it was him or not but while I was active forcing I realized the back of my left shoulder was twitching and then immediately after I realized that I felt some head pressure on my right temple. About 10-15 minutes after the session was over I felt the same pressure, but fainter, and on my left temple. During the other 20 min active forcing session I thought I heard a VERY FAINT reply but I'm not certain. I also created a system of communicating through head pressure (since that seems to be the easiest way for him to communicate right now, assuming it is him) Basically, I asked him to apply head pressure to my left temple for "no" and the right temple for "yes" and I just ask him basic questions. For the passive forcing session I just read a book with him. It was very difficult to focus on him and what was going on in the book at the same time so I don't know if I'll be doing that again. Plus I don't think he like the book very much. But he did send me tons of head pressure all over. Also my foot/ankle had muscle twitches as I was talking to him about creating our wonderland. I didn't narrate as much as I would have liked to today but it's only the first day so I'm not worried about it.

Felt a faint presence there occasionally

Activities: Greeting Phase/Personality forcing/Pre Planning our wonderland

Total time: 1 hour AF/30 minutes PF

Day 2: Today we did 1 hour of active forcing + a little bit of passive forcing before bed. For the active forcing I went through some Icebreaker questions that I googled. Somebody told me that they are great conversation starters to use when your tulpa isn't vocal yet and it encourages them to answer. I didn't receive any vocal answers but I did get some head pressure and muscle twitching. That was only about 30 minutes of the hour though. So later I used the other 30 minutes to focus on visualization. It's way more difficult to do than I thought, but that will get better over time. I did do a tiny bit of narration throughout the day, don't know how I feel about it. We also built the wonderland. There are 2 actually, one is a sunny meadow and the other is a apartment type thing.

Continued to feel a faint presence

Activities: Form Forcing/visualization, Wonderland building

Total Time: 2 hours AF/35 minutes PF

Day 3: 1 hour of Active Forcing + some narration today! For active forcing I just talked mostly, didn't really focus on anything. I did explain 4 more personality traits so I guess you can count that as personality forcing. Conversations come so much more easier now, even if he's not vocal yet. I think he has changed his eye color to a light brown. Of course I can't be 100% sure if he did it but I'm just going to assume it was him because it sure wasn't me.

Activity: Very little personality & visualization

Total Time: 3 hours AF/ 40 minutes PF

Day 4: 1 hour of active forcing done! I also got in some narration, but still something I need to work on. While active forcing I worked on visualization, some of wonderland, & touch. I think I got my first emotional response today. Because I was forcing touch I went to hug him & I got an overwhelming sense of happiness, nothing like I've ever experience yet so I'm 99% sure it was him. Also I think he is starting to move more in wonderland. I've also noticed that he likes to communicate through muscle twitches/spasms more than head pressure. He mostly does head pressure when he is trying to get my attention, like "hey! Look at me!" kinda thing and muscle spasms when he is happy or likes something. Oh, I also forgot to mention yesterday that I think he said he wanted his name changed. Well, I was talking to him yesterday and I asked him if he wanted to change his name, all I got in response was "Sam". I assume that means he wants his name to be Sam, but since I'm not sure I'm addressing him with both names. Is this ok? I just want to make sure. Lastly, I can feel his presence (I guess that's what you would call it) around with me a lot more often. Very happy we're making progress!

Activities: Visualization, touch, wonderland

Total time: 4 hours AF/40 minutes PF

I'd probably stick to one name for now, just so you have one thing to focus on. A second name is just one more level of complication you don't need at this early stage. I'm not saying it would necessarily confuse him to go by two names (most people do, after all, especially with the advent of internet handles); just that it'll be easier to focus on who he is during early development if you settle on one name and stick to it for now. You can always change it again later when your tupper's a little more coherent and able to frame his wants and needs more clearly.

You're doing well so far. Keep it up!

Yeah, I've settled on Sam. It seems more him I guess. Thanks!

Day 5: Did 1 hour of active forcing today. My tulpa wasn't as present today as he was the past few, but I cant expect him to be with me all the time when I've only just created him. So, not much happened I just worked on visualization (which also wasn't the best today either.) But I can't expect everyday to go perfectly, some days will just be off. Tomorrow I really want to work on personality!

Activity: Visualization

Total Time: 5 hours AF/ 45 minutes PF

Day 6: Another hour of Active forcing done. I read a couple more guides today and decided that I'm going to be a little more strict about Passive forcing. My goal (starting tomorrow) is to do at least 30 minutes of passive forcing. Also I'm going to try and do 2-3 sessions (At least 40 minutes each) dedicated to go over stuff like personality & visualization. I noticed that I kind of started slacking off on personality forcing. Although, he still isn't completely with me like he was the first few days, he is definitely here more than yesterday. For today I just did 40 minutes of personality & visualization forcing along with 20 minutes of just talking to him.

Update: Did 15 minutes of passive forcing later + another 23 minutes of active forcing before bed

Activities: 40 minutes on Personality & Visualization

Total time: 6 h 23m AF/ 55 minutes PF

Day 7: Officially one week of tulpa creating done! I did 1 hour 36 minutes of active forcing done today! A record so far! I focused on personality for about 20 minutes during an active forcing session so I think that is pretty good for today. Sam is back to normal and not so distant anymore. :) Recently we've been listening to music and finding some songs we like. Also, tomorrow I have to go out for a while (grocery shopping and such) so it will be interesting to see how it's like to bring him with me. He is getting a lot better with his responses, still only one-worded 99% of the time but he is starting to answer more questions.

Activity: 20m Personality forcing

Total Time: 8h AF/ 55m PF
