The Adventure of a Hairdresser named Louis and a Girl Named Veronica.

Recommended Posts

Hey, my name is Veronica. This will be a spot for me to, obviously, record my progress as a tulpamancer. My tulpa's name is Louis (Loo-e).

Basically the only thing I did today was a little passive forcing (I taught Louis how to drive a golf cart and had an empty conversation), and we set off some paper lanterns. I think that paper lanterns will symbolize us as a pair (Louis and I). I made plans for when Louis is imposed, we will set them off together. I almost started to cry when I said that, which was odd. It didn't seem too sad.

Louis's form (added June 3rd, 2016)

Louis is very pale, with clear -no acne- skin. His hair is off white and very elaborately done (although in wonderland it's down a lot. It goes just past his shoulders and the tips of his hair curve in toward his neck. His hair usually covers his left eye. His eyes are purple and are angled slightly down at the back edges (the side furthest from the nose). He is about a foot and a half taller than me, making him around 6''6.

Louis usually wears a blue jacket with large white dots over a black v-neck shirt (said v-neck goes down to his bellybutton) over a white shirt. Very layered. For pants, he sticks with reddish-purple, sort of beet-colored jeans. His shoes are black and come up to his ankles. However, he sometimes switches out the fancy layered clothes for the hoodie version of his jacket- an oversized blue hoodie with large white dots, the beet-colored jeans, and black boots that come up to about his ankles.

Louis's voice is very quiet and calm.

Tulpa: Louis

Its fine to feel that way about your tulpa! I thoroughly believe that emotion is a very important part of communicating with your tulpa, at least thats how it is with me and Thyme! She isn't vocal yet, but I can feel her emotions as her way of talking to me. And I believe she can feel mine as well...

But everyone is different. There are plenty of apathetic tulpas out there who don't experience or understand what it means to be so happy that you cry, or the sense of relief experienced when you are accepted for what and who you are. So dont think it strange! Maybe you are just so happy at the thought of having a close friend like a tulpa that it brought tears to your eyes. Or maybe, like me, you felt your tulpas emotions welling up inside of you!

Bah, it sounds corny aand is very roundabout. But I guess all im trying to say is pour your heart into it!

Pushing up under the weight

Put a crack in the back of the pavement

And break through into the light of day

ThreeSevens, you're very right! I'm pretty sure it was Louis's emotions. I'm usually not so sentimental, haha.

Anyway, today's progress.

So we did about an hour of passive forcing today in the car on the way home from the mall. I basically just talked about what we saw (an accident, a homeless man, etc). Finally, though, I decided to head to active forcing in the wonderland. Hello by Adele came on the radio, and Louis and I ended up dancing. Like straight up ballroom dancing. Louis had a suit on when I got to wonderland (I originally assumed it was an intrusive thought until he started to dance), and we danced to Hello for the duration of the song. Maybe because I was tired I focused better and my visualization was incredibly vivid. I think dancing, especially slow dancing, with your tulpa is a good way to not only bond but also improve visualization of their movement.

I forgot to add, I also gave Louis some goggles (green lenses and white strap) which allow him to see what I see.

TL;DR: 1 hour of passive forcing, 4 minutes of ballroom dancing with Louis.

Today's Progress:

- Gave Louis the energy of all my past tulpa-related endeavors (scrapped wonderlands, undeveloped character ideas, etc) through symbolism. Nothing really seemed to happen. How I did this was I imagined each scrapped idea (their energy) as an orb, and I "took off" Louis's head and placed them in the cavity. Sounds graphic, I know.

- A bit of ballroom dancing. I really like dancing with Louis.

- Passive forced/taught Louis how to swim!
