I just finsihed a 50 minutes session and covered 4 traits but man wasn't it hard I couldn't focus at all my mind was just drifting away from her to random though constantly. Now I am kind of dizzy from the constant trying to focus on my tulpa :/

So I finally made my first solid progress. Yesterday I Narrated a lot like usual but got disrtacted in my house and forgot to tulpaforce in the end it was 3am and I told her that I forgot and all that and I told her to make a test. I asked her to wake me up at 6am if she listened or at least got part of it. Fat forward I wake up at and when I see that it 6am I suddenly feel all happy like I just did the most awesome thing that I wanted to do and I am pretty sure that wasn't me since I am not fond of waking up early. For all intend and purposes it may have been a coincidence but I wont think of that possbility and say that Things are going awesomlu :D

Well I did a 15 session(Would be bigger but had to leave my house) and covered one trait I will do a big one probably an hour later today

well just did 40 minutes and covered 2 traits and did some talking

 

I told her that I truly believe it was her this morning and I got that very happy sensation again :D It feels awesome and I feel awesome right now :P but alas there is still much work to do

Not much done today only 15 minutes for one trait but I did a lot of Narration and my head is quite dizzy whih I will perceive as things going good XD

Well started the day normaly with good mornings and stuff plus some narration and now just a moment ago I finished a 30 minutes session. U also used Fede's Tulpatone which was pretty helpful. I reiterated 3 traits and got my first unwilling change she changed her hair from silver/white to black. I tried changing them back to white but to no avail(She later herself turned them back to silver for a brief moment but went back to black). She also disappeared from my view for a moment and I couldnt bring her back. I searched around the room and she then touched my shoulder from behind I turned and she was there. after that no movement again. It was quite interesting

So I just found out why it was hard for me to concetrate in her her I was trying to concetrate on the wrong form she changed a lot well she is still a nage/lamia but most of her colours changed,her shape a bit,her hair and her face. Today that I got accustumed to the new form it became easy to concetrate again. So I think I can say that I am making very very good progress. I visualised and talked to her but not sure for how long cause I was in the bus and then to another and did it on the road without counting time.

 

I also realised I am pretty good at visualizing. I can visualize her pretty well. I think it's mainly because I am accustumed from reading fiction and stuff and because From the momment I started I had her form in my mind and talked to it
