How do I talk to my Tulpa

Hi! I'm new here. I need some help with communicating with my tulpa. I can see him in my mind and sometimes I see his facial movements. But he also uses head pressure but I don't what hes saying some times. He wants to know when he wants to use his voice.

It is spelt tulpa.

 

I assume when he will learn to use his voice. And that takes an unknown amount of time.
