TFarrgon May 31, 2017 May 31, 2017 Hi guys, so I had a question that might not be related to tulpamancy at all, but I almost felt like I wanted to share the experience. So I very recently took a visit to the cemetary, I had not visited one ever since I dabbed into tulpamancy, and I had quite an... alarming experience which raised some questions for me. So as soon as we drove nearby the cemetary, I got some strong headaches, it almost felt like there were people everywhere, hustling and bustling, but obviously being a cemetary, there was no one there. I got this very strange feeling like all these people were looking at me. Then I visited my father's gravestone and it got weirder. I fealt an incredibly strong feeling like he was really there, I could feel him, talk to him in my mind, and see him. Can tulpamancy be a means of communicating to the dead? I'm not making this up, it felt so real, like they were all tulpas instantly created in my mind. I don't know anywhere else that would even remotely understand this phenomenon as insanity, but I promise you, I am not insane, it just was very fascinating and almost scary to me and I was wondering if anyone knew of such a thing.
tulpa001 May 31, 2017 May 31, 2017 Why would that make you insane? I think there are actually more places who would consider that possible than would consider it insane. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.

Well, I mean, I might've overexagerated saying that, it's just generally when people talk about this kinda thing, people usually immediately go "schizophrenia" or something like that. But yeah, I don't know if this is a thing that's related to tulpamancy, however experiencing this feeling only after going into tulpamancy, it can't be a coincidence. I mean I've been scared, but never felt anything like that before.
tulpa001 May 31, 2017 May 31, 2017 Funny thing is, they'd probably go away if you stopped being scared. Hallucinations become a lot more common if you successfully practise tulpamancy, and a lot more controllable as well. But no, a schizophrenic hallucination is limited to hallucinations that are also associated with delusions or language problems. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.
ArvsWriter May 31, 2017 May 31, 2017 I'm not sure if you're in the psychological or metaphysical camp, but here's my take on it from a metaphysical perspective. This is all just a theory, but Tulpamancy could be like, a way to create a spirit. And when you do this, you train yourself to become more receptive to your Tulpa, and thus more receptive to ghosts in general. So maybe it was something along those lines, a paranormal thing.
