Right, today I've found out something I created a year ago, is a Tulpa. I was suspected of having phsychotic episodes and having hallucinations, and as it turns out that's affecting my future quite badly.

I need to tell my Phsychiatrist and nurse about this, as they're convinced it's psychosis and well I'd rather have "created an imaginary firiend because he was heartbroken" (I said imaginary friend as it's probably going help make me look less insane and believable) on my records than "has auditory hallucinations". I'm not quite sure what's going to happen when I do this but it's likely to have a positive effect, as that seems like a logical outcome.

I know for a fact that it's a Tupla - I know that I created them, and I know the difference between them and reality.

If anyone has had the same problem before and successfully dealt with it, and anyone who know what to do - Please provide tips, information, and whatever you think will help.

Thanks!

Alright, so neither of us are particularly experienced in that sort of situation, however what I can offer you is a link to a tulpa discord server. This kind of problem is going to require people to know a lot more about the situation to offer you more useful advice, which is much easier to get in real time than through forum posts.

I recommend this one here personally https://discord.gg/VdUj5M

And here is a hub server, which collects various tulpa related servers and puts them in categories based on their focus. https://discord.gg/nRCtguj

certainly worth taking a look at the others as you never know who's going to be around and may have some usefull information for you

I think the best course of action is going to be finding a psychiatrist or therapist that is multiple friendly, who can then in turn help to explain the situation to your nurse or whoever else needs the details. The problem on my end is I'm not sure how to go about finding one in your area.

I would definitely look through some of the discord servers if you can.

Thanks for the discord links.

When I said the thing about my nurse and psychiatrist I forgot to mention that they work for the same organisation. At the moment I don't see my psych so I'll have to get my nurse to relay the message etc, but that's only if it comes to it.

Auditory hallucinations shouldn't look bad on any report. They aren't indicative of any condition in particular.

But in this particular case, are we talking about a manifestation that you are seeing out in the real world, or a manifestation that exists in your mind?

Obviously, if you have both a nurse and a psychiatrist, this one tulpa/headmate is not the only thing you are dealing with. If it was, they'd be in a lot of trouble for restricting a person's rights when they are not showing any signs of psychosis or other serious issue.
