I have taken a great interest in the mind over the past 2 years,

and now discovering the tulpa phenomon, I am ready to create one.

I have read almost every guide, and understand them completely.

My main question is:

Which step do i start with first?

Personality, or visualization?

I am already creating a wonderland first, for my tulpa to interact with.

But, im also wondering what way i should give my tulpa traits/personality.

Should i just say, "You are kind and compassionate" in my mind and out loud to the tulpa, or should i compress the thoughts into a object? Thank you for the help.

Ok, sorry. But one last question. Please give me a dumbed down definition of tulpaforcing. It's basically forcing your tulpa to appear, right?

When you force, you build upon your tulpa. That means sensory wise and personality. You work on those aspects

Forcing isn't really the best word, but it's just the one we use. It's really just working on your tulpa. You should never feel like you are forcing anything to happen. Tulpaforcing is really just...Sitting down and working on personality, visualization, or talking to him/her.
