Hello, to those of you who have Tulpas, I've had some of mine for over a year now, and I've been actively practicing with visualization and wonderland training and I'm working on getting it to feel as vivid as real life, and to sense them the best i can.

 

I would say that at the start i barely sensed anything, but as time progressed it got more and more vivid, and consistent, and with time, It's gotten to a point where i can hear their voices, smell them, feel their touches, and see them, i would say the vividness ranges from a 1 to a 9 out of 10

 

I was wondering what you guys reccomend for correct visualization and wonderland practice, I have suffered from severe anxiety and depression which they helped me through, but the advice they've given me is that it's related to my state of mind, and my self confidence, and as i worked on that more, i started to sense them more, however i would say day by day the vividness of interaction can change, and i started wonderland and visualization training an hour a day now, and i would say that i seem to stress too much over it, but if i completely let go and relax and let it happen, it can become extremely vivid and it's like im actually there, and i can actually talk to them.

 

I also experience some days where it seems that i experience a great deal of mental fatigue, and im sleepy, unable to focus, and i can hardly bring a simple image to my mind, and i feel so.. "disconnected".

 

I was wondering if any of you experienced these things, and how you managed to get some more consistency? Things have improved a great deal, even to the occurrence of seeing and feeling, them physically at times, but I'm working the best i can, up to 2 hours a day.

 

It seems state of mind is the biggest issue, having trust in myself, and in the experience, and just having fun with it, if i try too hard to make it happen, i can barely get anything to happen.

Exactly, I come to the same conclusion after a long time, the coziness and the positive feelings are very important, practically without that, it would not be possible to create a Tulpa. I also sometimes have the same problem, for this I simply listen to some music that I link with my tulpa, that is, I have created a bridge based on music so that through it my tulpa transmits their thoughts and feelings to me. In general what she transmits to me is a lot of motivation, I have used this same technique to feel her presence inside or outside of me, I simply listen to music from my tulpa.
