"switching" but between people

I thought I'd bring this up seeing switching is a big thing in this commonly now days but I want to bring up switching not a person and a tulpa but switching between two physical bodies (two people) as I thought maybe someone here would like to try this.

 

Many years ago I used to rung advanced meditation/healing/psychic things classes and we often during a class do a lot of experimentation with different things to see what new things we could learn or find out.  One day I asked the class what they thought about trying to switch bodies and they were interested so we decided we'd see if we could try to switch bodies to see what different people experienced.. can you put yourself into anothers body?.  This turned out to be a very interesting experience.

 

What you do is sit directly opposite to whoever you wish to switch with (fairly closely) and look into each others eyes, take some deep breaths together (enough to really relax) and then try to shift your consciousness into the others body.

 

This actually worked for me as to my shock suddenly I found myself in the others body (the experience was in being there, though I was still in mine I was no longer aware of mine).  For the next minute  or so I spent staring aghast at my hand and moving it about which looked like I was looking at his hand (it was a complete shock to see another's body on myself). I know this does not sound mind blowing but it really was to experience.   It was like I was suddenly in a different body.  I then stood up and that was interesting as his body being taller and lankier moved differently than mine so I was awkward getting up being not used to moving a body like that and it was noticeably not as graceful to move.   We only did this for a few minutes then switched back to our own.

 

I had this body switch thing happen but with me only going into the other..  once with a plant (when I tried to do telepathy with a plant to communicate... instead I like found myself in it's form), twice with animals (spontanously.. it happened with a spider I'd gone to spray, thank God I had not already sprayed it and another time with a dolphin) and once spontanously with my daughter (that was shocking as she has a disability and I did not know how much pain she gets with her back until that happened).

 

Anyway.. for curious souls out there.. this is something you can try as if you manage it it is a very interesting experience... switching/merging with another person.
